Create the perfect Tagine, with a 4 hours cooking class that starts with a tour of the souks with Chef, where you will buy the fresh ingredients, then return to cook your meal in the professional kitchen of this Riad, either on the roof or in the gardens. In the baking workshop, you will learn how to make some of the huge variety of Moroccan breads and pastries that are world famous. A baking lesson would not be complete without learning the art of creating the perfect Moroccan Tea Ceremony.

Private transfer from Fez Airport to your home in a palace in the heart of the Medina. Time to settle in and appreciate the facilities, and enjoy a welcome to Morocco dinner prepared by Chef and your tutor for the next few days.
After breakfast you will be taken on a tour of the souks of Fez guided by your tutor and chef, returning to the Riad with all the ingredients required to create a perfect Tajine and accompanying side dishes. The cooking workshop then begins either in the rooftop or garden kitchen followed by a late leisurely lunch in the beautiful gardens.
After breakfast you will be taken on a guided visit through the Medina of Fez. The Medina of Fez is considered as one of the most extensive and best conserved historic towns in the world. The unpaved maintains the majority of its original functions and attributes. It not only represents an outstanding architectural, archaeological and urban heritage, but also transmits a life style, skills and a culture that persists: In the afternoon the baking workshop starts, you will learn how to make some of the huge variety of Moroccan breads and pastries that are world famous.
Treat yourself to a well-deserved Moroccan tea and sweet delicacies by the central fountain or enjoy the views of the Medina on our rooftop terrace.
Learn to make an authentic couscous, the key to preparing an authentic couscous is patience and care. For the afternoon unwind with a traditional hammam and massage and in the evening enjoy a Moroccan Fassi celebration dinner. For the fassi celebration dinner, the 4 course dinner is an occasion to sample traditional fassi celebration dishes such as Pigeon pastilla, beef tajine, mrozia and other delicacies.
